About me...

I explored various modalities, and as the timing-of-life falls into place when we allow it to, I received an events email from Holly Oaks (was called Conscious Traveller) offering Reiki Level-I. Two months later, I attended and completed a Reiki Level-1 workshop. I didn’t stop at this!  Not only did I attend various other workshops related to other modalities, I also learned a lot about myself, and some areas of 'me' were in need of change. I also realized I'll be a full-time Student-of-Life for years, which is fine by me.

There’s so much to learn and so much to teach! My thirst for knowledge seems to be endless, and I’m on an incredible journey….who knows where it will take me. Here is a list of accomplishments to date.

I’ve been fortunate not only to learn new modalities, but to also meet incredible teachers, and spiritual peers along the way. Some are in my life for a short time, some are traveling my journey along beside me. Either way, it’s been an honor to meet all of them.

Most of the workshops I attended were in Guelph, at Soul Connection. Crystal Rainbow in Kitchener, and Heart & Hand of Light, formerly in Cambridge, also played important roles. Inner Access 101, Cycles of Life, and various other Teachers (links to available websites are located at bottom of this page). I can't begin to say enough about all the Teachers I've been honored to meet over the years. No doubt they'll be in my life forever in various ways, and there will be new Teachers to meet along the way.  A few things I take with me on this path is their integrity; their patience in teaching; not to keep dragging yesterday into today - live in today, to have faith and courage to trust tomorrow will work out as planned. Their encouragement to enjoy every moment, to live in this moment. How important self-care is, and learning personal boundaries.  Most importantly... self-empowerment.

It's been an incredible experience working with Crystals, Reiki, Past Life Regression, Jin Shin, and other modalities. Not only does time fly working with this passion, it also brings a peaceful feeling allowing me to be and feel grounded. To be able to slow down and empty my thoughts, and 'just be in the moment' to be a loving, healing conduit for a client is beyond words .. whether I'm facilitating Reiki out of my main Kitchener location, or one of the centres I work out of, or even at my volunteer work.. it's an honor.

There's a saying that if you really want to learn/understand something..then teach it!  This is something I now believe since I've been teaching Reiki classes and Crystal classes.  The more i teach, the more I learn.  Not just from re-reading my own notes and manuals, but also from questions my students have.  The role of 'teacher' sure does include the role of 'student'.  It has been a pleasure to learn from my students and their enthusiasm learning is something I will never tire of.  Feel free to read through the various classes I offer, just click on the 'Classes' tab.
