Before /After /How often?

Energy Sessions will contribute to balancing you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.  Give it a try!  You have everything to gain! 

How often?

I am often asked, 'how often do I need a session'.  The answer can vary.  Some individuals will improve quicker than others.  This can depend on their mind set, what else they are doing to help themselves, and how long they've had the present reason for coming to a session.  'Maintenance' is recommended to avoid lulls in our physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental health.  Similar to taking vitamins before we get a cold so the symptoms aren't so harsh. 

I can only provide my suggestion, but how often is up to the client, as you are you own best doctor.  I would recommend that you don't minimize any noticeable improvements from an energy session, no matter how small it may seem to you.  Miracles happen everyday, the more 'worthy' the miracle, the more recognition it may get...we need to acknowledge small miracles too.



Before an Energy Session

Being hydrated is beneficial to you, the client, so ensure you drink water before your session. You are fully clothed during all sessions. Removing jewelry will be up to the facilitator and/or client. It is not necessary to have a full belief in these modalities, but it helps to have an open mind.    

Everyone's expectation is different during a session. There is no right or wrong. It is not expected that you share what you experience during your session. Some clients share they feel temperature change or a tingly sensation. Some indicate they feel energy traveling through them.

An energy session will last approximately an hour. Unless you specify which modality you prefer, I will utilize whichever modality intuitively inspires me for your session.

After an Energy Session

Drink water!!  

After an energy session, you may experience tiredness, or you may be energetic.  Your body may ‘flush out’ toxins, which may result in multiple bathroom visits.

Depending on your symptoms, and how long your symptoms have resided in your body, mind, and spirit, you may need more than one session to ‘shake things lose’. Based on the vibrational level of the energy received during the session, everyone will have different healing experiences.

The shifting of an energy session doesn't stop at the end of a session.  It can go on for hours or days, again, there's no template with this.

Some symptoms may be related to cellular memory.  Our cells remember what our minds can’t.  For example, if someone said something to us as a child that hurt our feelings, we could have stored that hurt in our left shoulder – later in life, giving arthritis a home.  

It is important to be aware of even the smallest improvement.  For example, sleeping better after an energy session is an improvement in itself.  Our bodies do a lot of self-repair while sleeping.

The important thing is to listen to what you need after a session.
