My name is Shannon Sniatenchuk. I am a Registered Reflexology Practitioner with the RRCO (Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario) and I have also completed a Crystal Therapy Techniques course with Dee Hughes.

Reflexology, more specifically Foot Reflexology, is a non-invasive method of activating and supporting the body’s natural healing responses. There is a routine with specific techniques used to stimulate the reflexes on the foot. By stimulating these reflexes, it triggers the body to move towards a state of balance or homeostasis. Reflexology is an ancient technique that can reduce stress, improve sleep, improve circulation, help detoxify the body, revitalize energy and can also be used as preventative health care.

Crystal Therapy uses crystals which transmit and absorb energies. Crystals are beneficial in balancing and cleansing you physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Crystals can rejuvenate your energy and support the body’s natural healing abilities.
