
Although we apparently have thousands of chakras, these seven chakras seem to be the most recognized. Chakra also means energy centres or vortex. Each chakra has an important part in balancing our body, mind and emotions. Our chakras vibrate at seven different frequencies, each sharing information with the others. When one chakra is not in harmony (spinning in the opposite direction or different speed), it can disrupt our healthy Inner-Self routine or rhythm.
Our chakras can be harmonized and activated in various ways through exercise, sound, chanting, colours, environment, visualization, symbols, elements, breathing techniques, crystals, thoughts, just to name a few.
The benefits of our chakras being in harmony are endless! When in harmony, Chakras can strengthen our body's defenses and metabolism, alleviate mood swings, fatigue, tension, stress. Improve sleep patterns and enhance relaxation. It also helps us to concentrate and our memory increases.. and so on.
Using intuition, I will either scan a client's chakra energy centres using my hand or use one of my crystal pendulums to identify which chakra is not in harmony. Energy sessions harmonize and activate chakras. A client may need to have a quiet evening after an energy session as shifting can continue after a session. The number of sessions depends on the client.

For example, if our throat chakra is not in harmony, it may disallow us to communicate what we need, or allow the complete opposite in that we may speak without thinking. Or because our throat chakra is not in harmony, then we may start to feel insecure about ourselves, which can be related to our root chakra. In this case, both chakras could use some TLC.
